In honor of Vetern's Day and the rare oppertunity of having a weekday off I took Sophia to Bok Tower in Lake Wales. Bok Tower is literaly that, an enormous tower made of pink and green marble, with the only working carallon working in the US. It is the centerpiece to an nature sanctuary deticated to the preservation of nature and the promotion of peace and tranquillity. The whole concept was the brain-child of Edwrd Bok.
While walking along the nature trails you'll be amazed at the botanical variety. Spring is the best time to catch the flower blooms.
Sophia loves running around the open areas near the tower. She gets excited at hearing the carallon bells play every hour. Feeding the carp in the water surrounding the beautiful.
