Mom's Day part 2

I celebrated my second mother's day. It was still serreal. It didn't even hit me until Friday afternoon a co-worker told me to have a happy mother's day. It just hit me "oh hey I'm a mother"

I ended up have an amazing Mother's day. My husband not only made me a delicious ham and cheese omlete but he did it whie occupying Sophia while I got to lounge for an extra half hour.

Then we went to Cypres Garden for a dip in their wave pool and floated down their lazy river. Sophia had a blast remembering how to swim. She especially loved riding on her daddy's back along the lazy river while pushing his head underwater.

She was up for amusement rides. She even rode her first rollarcoaster.

Sean was wonderful, I know I can be impatient on trips like this and he was easy-going, letting me have my way when heat and frustration reared its head.

Ending up the day we stopped at Toys r Us (since we live 45 minutes away from it) and lived out our toy buying joy by buying Sophia toys she probably didn't need. We got her a kiddie table w/ 2 chairs, bucket of dinosaurs, bucket of wooden blocks, art supplies, Xb diecast car, and a big tonka firetruck.

All in all i am so very proud to be a mother, I love nothing as much as my child and can't wait to add another to the mix.
